True to Joe's prediction, Anne takes it this year, but Piss-chan gets a second place here, after getting second place in Best New Chan in 2023. Florence, rest in peace, manages to get on the podium posthumously. Yes, somehow Eric is competing again, but this time didn't manage to reach the hights of his second place finish in 2023, getting fourth. Quantum Moon-chan drops a rank from 2023 too, but not by a lot. The extra contender TOFIT-chan can't really be compared ranked, but if we just treated first place ranks as FPTP (which is clearly a big leap) she would have got 6th place by 3 “votes”.
